India IBAI summit tomorrow
Insurance Brokers Association of India (IBAI) will hold its 6th annual summit here tomorrow, its president. Bharat J Boda said today. Talking to newspersons, he said the theme of the summit was ''Insurance Brokers - Challenges Ahead.'' The summit would deliberate on the future challenges and prospects of the lakhs of people working as insurance agents both in public sector and private insurance companies. The current issue of pricing in general insurance industry was not viable for insurers and this would be highlighted at the summit, he added. He said corporate leaders would be sharing their views on services offered by insurance brokers and what they expect from insurers and professional intermediates like insurance brokers. IBAI would releasing a compendium of Supreme court and High courts decisions on disputes related to insurance claims in the form of a handbook on the occasion. -- (UNI) -- 22MS19.xml
