The Police have also informed the court that four people, including Sunil Raut, yougner brother of Shiv Sena MP, Sanjay Raut, who is also the executive editor of Saamna, were absconding.

The city police had arrested 17 Shiv Sainiks in connection with the attack on Vikroli office of Marathi news channel IBN-Lokmat for using ''derogatory'' language against Party chief Bal Thackeray yesterday.
