''Silver Unifest-2009'' to begin from Nov 23

''Silver Unifest-2009,'' the 25th south zone inter University youth festival, will be held here from November 23.

Talking to newspersons here, Mysore University Vice-Chancellor Prof V G Talwar said the five-day festival was being organised after a gap of nearly 20 years.

''About 2000 students from five Universities of southern parts would participate in the festival,'' he said. The event was organised in collaboration with Association of Indian Universities and Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, New Delhi, he added.
