India Mettur water level 88.480 ft
The water level in the Stanley Reservoir across River Cauvery stood at 88.480 feet this morning. PWD sources here said the inflow into the reservoir was 9,802 cusecs. However, 1,088 cusecs of water was discharged for technical reasons. From Grand Anaicut 258 cusecs of water was released through Cauvery. While discharge through Vennar remained suspended, 1,011 cusecs of water was released through Grand Anaicut canal and 1,369 cusecs through Coleroon. -- (UNI) -- 21MR5.xml
