1 held for breaking temple hundi

Police today arrested the thief who broke the hundi of the Jayamkonda Mariyamman temple at Nellithoppe here two days back.

According to police, Gnanaoli Raj of Ozhukarai here was found at the new bus stand with a bundle of coins. On interrogation he confessed of committing the crime. He was produced before a local court which remanded him to judicial custody, police added.
