Union Minister's office inaugurated

Puducherry Chief Minister V Vaithilingam today inaugurated the local office of Union Minister of State for Planning, Parliamentary Affairs and Culture V Narayanasami on the first floor of the Kamban Kalai Arangam here.

Mr Narayanasami, cabinet collegues of Mr Vaithilingam, Speaker R Radhakrishnan, Legislators and Congress party functionaries among others attended the function.

Meanwhile, the Puducherry unit of the AIADMK strongly condemned the opening of the office of Mr Narayanasami at the Kamban Kalai Arangam. AIADMK State Secretary A Anbazhagan told newspersons that the administration had denied permission when he sought permission to open his office at the premises.
