Winter Session of H.P. Assembly next month Dharamshala | Saturday, Nov 7 2009 IST
The winter session of the Himachal Pradesh state Assembly would be held here next month and would last about 10 to 12 days, HP assembly Speaker Tulsi Ram said today. After chairing a meeting in this connection at Tapovan in the assembly complex, Mr Tulsi Ram told mediapersons that the notification of the winter session of the assembly would be issued after a meeting of the cabinet. He said that security scenario was discussed in the meeting and it was decided to install the Electrical Boom Barrier at the main entrance of the Vidhan Saba Bhawan. He said that additional security forces would be deployed along the road on its both sides from here to the Assembly complex in order to provide security to the VVIPs with out disturbing the normal traffic on this road. The meeting was attended by the Vidhan Saba Secretary Goverdan Singh, ASP Kangra Umapati Jamwal and SDM D.C.Rana. -- (UNI) -- 07DR104.xml
