Haryana cabinet expansion postponed Chandigarh | Thursday, Nov 5 2009 IST
The expansion of the Bhupender Singh Hooda government in Haryana, which was scheduled to take place tomorrow, has been postponed. Haryana Raj Bhavan sources tonight said that the swearing-in ceremony of the members of the council of ministers had been postponed as per a communication received from the state administration.
