Convener of KCMNC and NIFAA chairman Pritpal Singh Pannu said the human chain was formed on 36.4 Km long roads covering almost all main areas of the city. Social volunteers from about 100 social, cultural, religious, educational, trading, employees and other community organizations of Karnal district and general public formed this human chain to show their resentment against the step motherly treatment given to them by not fulfilling long pending demand of the people. About 15,000 employees of different Government departments of Karnal district performed their duties wearing black badges to register their protests against the non fulfillment of the demand.
