The Economic Offences Court II at Egmore in Chennai today acquitted AIADMK Rajya Sabha Member, T T V Dinakaran, from all charges in a Fera Exchange Regulation Act(FERA) case, filed by the Enforcement Directorate(ED) of its wing. While acquitting Mr Dinakaran, Judge Jayachandran said, the prosecution failed to prove the charges.
