Mr Atul Chaturvedi has taken over as the Secretary in the Ministry of Steel. ''Atul Chaturvedi has taken over as the Secretary, Ministry of Steel succeeding Mr P K Rastogi who superannuated on October 31,'' said an official statement issued here today .
