Paes-Robredo loses in semifinals

Leander Paes and his partner Tommy Robredo lost in the semifinals to crash out of the euro 2,270,000 Hamburg ATP Master Series event here today. The second seeded pair of Daniel Nestor from Canada and Nenand Zimonjic from Serbia defeated the Indo-Spanish pair in an interesting encouter by 3-6, 6-3, 2-10. The unseeded pair of Paes and Robredo put a brave fight to win the second set 6-3, after losing the first 3-6. However, they could not continue their momentum in the third set which went to the tie-breaker and lost 2-10.
