Now long pending cases could be settled on the basis of mutual consent of the parties. The process commenced here today at the Civil Court premises and under the presence of Allahabad High Court's Lucknow Bench Justice Pradeep Kant, Justice A N Verma and Justice S N Shukla. Cases related to land, property, ownership, tenants and other such disputes could be solved through negotiation.
