Congress loses moral right to continue in Pondy: AIADMK
Puducherry | Saturday, May 17 2008 IST

AIADMK Puducherry unit Secretary A Anbazhagan, MLA, today alleged that the Congress government in the Union Territory had lost its moral right to continue in power.

In a release here, he alleged that the people in the territory had suffered a lot under the Congress rule and urged them to teach the party a fitting lesson in the future.

Alleging that ministers were raising a banner of revolt against Chief Minister Rangasamy, he said the Chief Minister was shuttling between Puducherry and New Delhi every month.

He also charged that development activities in the territory were stalled due to differences of opinion between the Lt Governor and Chief Minister, Chief Secretary and the Chief Minister and ministers.
