TRAI extends date to May 23 for submitting comments on spectrum

Telecom regulator TRAI today extended the last date for submitting comments on allocation and pricing of three bands to May 23. The watchdog had released the consultation paper for 2.3-2.4 GHz, 2.5-2.69 GHz and 3.3-3.6 GHz bands on May 2 and invited the comments from stakeholders by May 16. ''The Authority has considered the requests of the stakeholders and decided to extend the date for submission of written comments by one week.
