Gradatim announces 50:50 JV with DM Corporation
Chennai | Monday, Mar 31 2008 IST

Gradatim IT Ventures, a pioneer in micro-transactions and e-discovery services in India, has announced a 50:50 JV partnership with Singapore-based DM Corporation (DMC), a leading data gathering services company, to form Gradatim-DMC in Singapore.

Gradatim founder-CEO C V Prakash, in a release here, said the JV finalised with the DMC would enable the company to move forward firmly for an aggressive and profitable growth. ''We can now offer complete e-discovery services, both hard copy and electronic, to global clients across Asia, including support for local Asian languages,'' he said. Commenting about the JV, Kay Gee Ong, Managing Director of DM Corp, Singapore, said ''DMC would continue to service the legal community in APAC under Gradatim-DMC business.'' DMC Director Business Development K L Balasubramanian said ''the newly announced JV will help global legal firms and service providers to leverage on Gradatim's strength in APAC market and leverage on its support services out of India, along with the expertise of DMC. Gradatim also aims to be a one-stop shop for litigation firms and corporate in-house counsels.''
