Former Managing Director of South Asia for European Major LogicaCMG Kannan Ramaswamy has launched a new company 'Ambletek Solutions,' focusing on IT services and consultation in the Financial Services sector. Ambletek, which would shortly announce the acquisition of a city-based IT company, was also considering to invest on an offshore development facility and testing centre for financial services products, a company release here said. The Bangalore headquartered company, which has expanded its operations in Chennai, would shortly open a facility in Mumbai.
