Trianz to raise equity funding for expansion
Bangalore | January 16, 2007 5:39:53 PM IST

Trianz, a global operations consulting, technology and outsourcing services firm, has partnered with New York Life Investment Management India Fund LLC, a Mauritius-based foreign venture capital investor, to enter new verticals and leverage its presence across the globe more vibrantly.

Informing this to reporters here today, company CEO and President Srikanth Manchala said the partnership would enable the company to invest in the organisation and infrastructure and meet the expectations of clients. The company was poised to increase its head count from 1,500 to 2500 by 2008-end, he added.

He said he was looking forward to scale the company as a blue-chip professional services firm with a wide range of services for its global customers. Presently, Trianz served clients around the world through a seamless one-firm culture, offering high-end business consulting and technology services. Its future plans included tapping new geographies and service segments in the US, Europe, India and Asia-Pacific through organic and inorganic routes.
