Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochem Q2 net rises 2.29 pc Mumbai | October 24, 2006 12:39:17 AM IST
Petroleum major Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd (BRPL) has posted a net profit of Rs 50.29 crore for the quarter ended September 30 this year as compared to Rs 49.16 crore for the corresponding quarter a year ago, a raise of 2.29 per cent. Announcing the results, the company said its total income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 1,254.95 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005, to Rs 1,761.48 crore for the quarter ended September 30.
