Plane crash lands at Juhu airport Mumbai | October 13, 2006 8:15:06 PM IST
A four-seater beachcraft plane with five passengers on board crash landed at the Juhu aerodrome in the north-western suburban Mumbai Friday. "The airplane owned by a private company which was going to Vadodara from Mumbai, took off from the Juhu airport and soon developed some radio communication problem. The pilot decided to return to the airport but the plane tilted while landing and crashed," said a Juhu airport official. "Though, the aircraft owned by the Container Movement Transport Pvt Ltd, was badly damaged, all the five passengers and the crewmembers on board were safe," the official added. (IANS)
