Saira Banu keen to bring Dilip Kumar back on screen Mumbai | September 17, 2006 7:35:29 PM IST
Actress-producer Saira Banu is keen to bring her legendary actor husband Dilip Kumar back on silver screen under her production banner. ''I want to bring back Saab (Dilip Kumar) after I prove my capability as a producer. There were some scripts including few written by Saab himself. If he is willing, I would like to revive the scripts and produce the films one of which is called 'Satya Master'. If he agrees, I want to bring him back to acting,'' Saira said while interacting with the media last night. When told of his wife's plans, the 80-year-old thespian remarked, ''Why not, it will be good.'' Dilip Kumar's last film was 'Qila' in 1998 starring Rekha. Subhash Ghai cast him in 'Saudagar' with late Raj Kumar in 1991. UNI MR GB SY BS1821
