Small fire erupts in Chandni Chowk New Delhi | August 18, 2006 8:40:04 AM IST
A small fire razed down a couple of shops in Chandni Chowk area of northern Delhi early this morning. However, no loss of life or injuries have been reported so far, according to Fire Brigade sources. Fourteen fire tenders have been sent to douse the fire which erupted at Katra Neel area of Chandni Chowk at about 0430 hrs. Fire Brigade sources described the fire as small but said rescue operations were going on. The cause of the fire is being ascertained UNI AN PDS PM0716
