Rejuvenate health sector in the state: Apang Itanagar | June 06, 2006 6:38:54 PM IST Arunachal Chief Minister Gegong Apang has said that the precarious health scenario in the state needs to be rejuvenated. The chief minister, who was on a four-day sojourn to Upper Siang district recently, said Rs 60 lakh has been allocated for renovation of the district hospital while central assistance would be sought for major works. The chief minister said the doctors should be provided good accomodation. Mr Apang said there are scarcity of employees in health sub-centres, primary health centres and community health centres.
