Oscar winning actor George Clooney's Italian girlfriend is baring all in the new issue of US Playboy.

Model and TV presenter Elisabetta Canalis will be seen pouting while wearing a drenched, see-through dress, reported imdb.com.

"She is the hottest beauty from the most exquisite of countries, said a Playboy official.
