Peter Andre refuses to go back to 'jungle'
London | November 06, 2009 5:14:16 PM IST

Peter Andre snubbed the last effort made by bosses of the popular TV series I'm A Celebrity to get him back to the show, it has emerged.

Bosses offered the Aussie singer a cool 250,000pounds to return to the jungle after he had rejected their deal earlier in the year.

They were almost sure that the Insania hitmaker - who met and fell for now ex wife Jordan on the show - would make a comeback and even roped in two hot celebs hoping that the now divorced Andre would enjoy new romance.

However, a pal revealed that Andre would not feature in the new series.

"Pete will be watching the show," he said. "But he'll be at home. He sees returning as a backward step," the Daily Star quoted the friend, as saying.

An ITV rep said: "We never comment on the jungle line-up ahead of transmission." (ANI)
