'Britney is not pregnant,' says spokesperson

Britney Spears' spokesperson has dismissed rumours that the troubled singer is pregnant. Speculations had started spreading after the singer was pictured with a bulgy tummy and also after she spent two hours in a health clinic."I want to make completely clear that Britney is not pregnant. There's not going to be a statement - she's just not," The Sun quoted the spokesperson, as saying. A friend of hers has also provided an explanation as to why Spears' bulgy tummy makes her look like she is pregnant. "It's a mix of water retention, unflattering clothes and people liking to analyse everything she does," the friend said. "Britney's getting herself together slowly but surely and isn't going to mess that up. "She's far too busy to even be thinking about a baby right now," the friend added. (ANI)
