Ashlee denies Nick Carter rumors

Singer Ashlee Simpson is denying scandalous reports that she and Paris Hilton's main squeeze, singer Nick Carter, had a romantic interlude in Hollywood. Splashnews.com said details compiled from a variety of celebrity sheets painted a picture of Carter pursuing Simpson after Paris supposedly cheated on him. Simpson says the report made her laugh and that she and Carter never had a relationship while he was dating Hilton. (UPI)
