Techweb Technologies acquires SMS Reachout

Software solutions provider Techweb Technologies today announced the launch of its new innovative customer acquisition cum brand-building tool - SMSReach Out.

Director Natesh Babu said in a press release ''The last mile has been a challenge for marketers and brand managers and this tool will help both address that effectively and well''. ''Automated with the ability to capture data on a real time basis the tool will act like a ‘virtual call center’ disseminating information electronically as desired by the client, he said.

The efficacy of the service was that it ensures unlimited last mile reach in a cost effective manner by complimenting the print advertisements and other brand communication. Techweb was on the verge of obtaining a process patent for its service SMSReach Out, the press release said.

Headquartered in Bangalore, Techweb Technologies had a liaison office in the US catering to the North American market. The company also had alliances with firms for executing ancillary activities including direct marketing programs to content generation.
